The Judge on Trial

Even the best human justice can be fallible, but it is positively criminal when perverted for political or even religious ends. Jesus' trials point us to the depth of the corruption of sin in all people and the length to which God would go for our redemption. (John 18:19-24, 28-38)

Christian Observances of Holy Week

The observances during Holy Week were developed for important reasons--they remind Christians that the Risen Lord is always with us, especially in our times of worship. Yet, many of us are unfamiliar with the ancient observances of Holy Week and how they help Christians celebrate the central richness of our faith.
